Great product! Best in class quality, very functional and adaptable for a variety of cable exercises. Curls, tricep pushdowns, overhead extensions, skull crushers.....the rotating handle provides great customization. Highly recommend

This is my second purchase to use in the gym at my work. Of course I plan to put it back in my own space instead of leaving it there in the gym. The tricep bar is an excellent piece and I ended up giving away my tricep bar from U Clips to a friend. Both products are excellent because the grips are good and they have that piece at the end for the bottom of my hand. but the Force 6 one is of course much better looking and is higher quality. It also has the option for you to pull the middle piece out and in that mode I like that for bicep curls. Again, not knocking the U Clips tricep bar. theirs works just fine and costs significantly less. but now that I have two Force 6 bars for my home gym and work gym, the U Clips one would never be used. If you only want to spend about $50, get the U Clips one. it works just fine. if you want to spend $250, get the Force 6 one. the Force 6 one looks way cooler, is much heftier, and I like it more because the pieces at the end are bigger for my hands.
