Love Liquid IV Hydration!!

It took a bit to get used to the taste, but now I enjoy it. I’m not a big water drinker so I thought if I flavored it a bit, it would encourage me to drink more plus the benefit of the electrolytes is great! My daughter is a long distance hiker and of course after she tried it and loved it, I had to ordered 4 more bags!! We are trying some different flavors. We really like the attic raspberry and the mango so far. Love the sales you offer too!! Oh, and I got the drinking mug and I love it!!!!

Think. Blue raspberry baby bottle pop. Or sour strips. I know there are others out there that know exactly what I'm talking about!! They taste good in full strength and I even split a packet most days to keep the electrolyte absorption rolling good with multiple cups and still enough flavor that doesn't taste watered down.
