Replacement Lids

Great!

I'm so glad Owala offers replacement lids! The handle on my original lid broke when I dropped it somehow top-down on the sidewalk (after it had survived many other drops in its lifetime). I found that these replacement lids exist, and had a new lid for my Owala later that week! So glad I didn't have to order a whole new bottle. Same color as the original and everything :)

Great product and company!

Customer Support was wonderful at providing support to try to resolve an issue with a lid that would not completely seal. When the instructions to attempt to resolve didn’t fix the issue, they allowed me to get a replacement lid and shipped at no charge. Not a lot of companies do that these days. I’m a huge fan of Owala and their products!!

Quick and easy replacement

Getting a replacement lid was a quick and easy process. I’m grateful that they replaced the lid. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t have a lid that matched the broken one. I had to pick a different color and it’s fine but it doesn’t look as nice with the bottle as the original one did.
