Great Product, One Gripe

I like the groomer, it’s perfect for a quick daily shave and perfect for on the road. I am on my second one already. I initially bought it because of the USB-C charging port so I have to carry less cables & charging bricks. However, I end up needing to carry an additional brick anyways as the Trimmer breaks if you use a fast charger on it. (Hence, the need for a second Trimmer.)

Wonderful but not necessarily long lasting

I loved and recommended this product for the few years I had it and it worked. I bought it in December 2023 and it felt sleek and neat and gave me control around my trimming routine - lots of length settings, etc. However, the trimmer did stop working after 3 years, and by then my warranty expired. It simply does not switch on, even after charging. As far as I know, I took good care of the trimmer. I used it in the shower, but charged it only when it was dry. I cleaned it periodically. I did after a while lose the original USB charing cable so it's possible that the replacement I got killed the battery because of some voltage/amp incompatibility, but still: I worry that the device is too vulnerable, when at this price and for environmental reasons I was looking for something with longevity.

Best Body Trimmer I've Used

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. This is easily the best body trimmer I’ve used. The Trimmer Plus feels high quality right out of the box, and the difference compared to cheaper trimmers is immediately noticeable. It cuts through thicker hair without constantly pulling or snagging, but still feels surprisingly gentle on sensitive areas. The ceramic blade is probably my favorite part. I’ve dealt with razor burn, irritation, and little nicks from other grooming tools, especially below the belt, and this has made the whole process so much easier. The adjustable guard is great too because I can actually control the length instead of choosing between completely shaved or way too long. The waterproof design is incredibly convenient, the built-in light is more useful than I expected for hard-to-see areas, and having USB-C charging with an actual charging dock makes it feel much more premium. Battery life is excellent as well.
