Works like a charm
I have tried various earplugs to sleep in and none of them are as comfortable as these. The various sizes and having two different types of plugs was bonus. I have very small ear canals and most fall out, so having two types in the small size was perfect. The included case also keeps me from loosing or misplacing them.

I bought these for my husband. We live in an apartment complex and there is all sorts of noises throughout the day and night. He works evenings and sleeps in the day. He absolutely loves them! It reduces noise but can still hear his alarm and phone. It has definitely made a difference!

I'm shocked at how comfortable these are to sleep in. I thought the whole thing about how you wouldn't wake up with ear soreness was a fib, but it's not. I have child sized ears and I find these to not be painful. I do wish the X-Small foam tips were just SLIGHTLY smaller. These aren't noise canceling and they deafen the sound by a lot, but aren't perfect. I have noticed that, for some reason, more distant sounds are still quite loud to me (kitchen sounds), but a voice in the same bed to me is completely blocked out at least
