this toner feels so moisturizing on my face after i wash it! sometimes i forget to go in with moisturizer after washing it if i put this toner on because it feels like my face has already been moisturized! of course i go in with the dynasty cream when ive realized i forgot to use it, but i think it goes to show how well this toner works. i think it also makes my skin feel really smooth too but that could also be due to other products i use!!
