I've been very consistent on keeping the product clean; I like that the slide door keeps it secured from dropping it, rather than just a conventional case that has open lid door with no UV sanitizer, and can easily drop the retainers. Overall, shipping wasn't too bad and I feel better utilize it before eating and after brushing.

Product works as advertised. However, I wish the instructions were more detailed. For example, what color is the light when the 15 min process is underway? How do you get that taste of the tablets off the retainers? For the travel pod. Do you leave the retainers in the case with the case closed or open? How many times in a row can you run the process on retainers to be sure they are fully cleaned?
