Absolutely superb

It's almost impossible to find halibut cheeks, so I'm thrilled to have found a source. There is no standardization to the size, some are the size of a quarter, and some are the size of a baseball. Order several packages if you're trying to portion control for a special dinner. Super high quality, they thawed out with no "fishy" smell and cooked up delectably tender.
