This is based only on order and delivery. I placed an order Sept 2. I received it today. Once it was confirmed lost it took no time to get a replacement. Painless. I did not, however, receive the "included" gifts. Maybe it was sent with the first box. I have confidence they will quickly rectify the situation. I will review the pork when I taste it. Looking forward to it
