It’s taking me probably twice or three times as long to adjust for a number of reasons. I have a of other health problems I’m dealing with, my age, and our slate tile floors. I do think anything i can do to strengthen my feet and ankles will definitely help me.

I have found that with toe spacers I am more comfortable coming down stairs. Shoe size 9/9.5, I first got the medium, and they worked pretty well, then watched the video and realized the small might work better. Have found that if I am wearing toe socks, the mediums work better for me, and if I am wearing more conventional socks, I prefer the small.

These are the best ones out there, comparable to the expensive correcttoes ones, this silicone is medical grade quality, don't waste your money on the cheap ones you get on amazon, they all look similar but you need to try these to know how high quality medical grade silicone feels and performs.
