Powerstep Pinnacle

Terrific!

I’ve been wearing the PowerStep Pinnacle shoe inserts for a little while now, and so far I really like them. I was worried they might feel hard or uncomfortable under my feet, but they’re actually quite comfortable and provide good support without feeling too rigid. It’s still too early to tell if they’ll completely help with my hip and knee pain, but I’m hopeful. So far, they’ve been easy to wear all day and my feet feel good in them. I’ll update my review after I’ve worn them longer, but my first impression is very positive.

Gives me better support in my shoes than the ones that are supplied with the shoes

My Chiropracted gave them an, "OK", for being over-the-counter orthotics. He said they seemed "fine'.

Supportive enough. Could have been a substantially wider at the heel.
