LightMap AIR Station

LightMap Air Station - Great!

I fly drones, so before flying I need to check the nearest airport’s METAR (Meteorological Aerodrome Report) to determine conditions and flight limits. The LightMaps Air Station displays everything I need in an easy to grasp graphical format, so at a glance I have everything I need to know. Works flawlessly, is attractive, and is quite the conversation piece!

Lightmap Air Station

I like it better than I thought - had some concerns about all the LEDs but it’s done nicely and once you learn the various colors for the WX it’s enjoyable — learning the color codes didn’t take long and it’s nice to see the current conditions at the local airport. This compliments my Tempest station for a good range of WX conditions in the area as the airport is about 8 miles away. It’s an impressive station.
