I dislike the product because it doesn’t smoke like it’s shown on. The video when I inhaled it one puff is all it takes and i have to wait for it to charge back up it is defective so can you refund my money back or send me one that works I give it a5

I liked the product but I ordered a two pack and they sent only one piece and it showed up 5 days late. I sent them an email and haven’t got a response about when to expect my other piece that I payed for.

ordered 2pcs. received only 1. even the product picture shows 2pcs. the explanation given was 2pcs actually means 1pc. don't buy.
