Sending an operator's book with it would have been nice. I didn't know there was a "start" button on it. Then I had to experiment to find which buttons were which. I haven't felt any changes so far, but I expect it will take some time before it's noticeable. Is there a time limit to keep it operating? I usually keep it running most of the day, and sometimes at night.

I’m happy with my device and am thinking I will buy a few as Christmas gifts. I only use mine in grounding mode while I sleep. Sometimes I put it between me and my husband while watching TV to help us calm down for the evening.
