Guava Jam

Matriarca’s guava mermelada is a tiny jar of magic. I love how pure and clean the ingredients are—just guava, hibiscus, and cardamom—and you can taste every one. Guava is your main taste but cardamom and hibiscus add so nicely to the magic!

I love the little chunks of fruit in it, the texture and flavors are all there !!

The flavors are SO amazing! I made shortbread cookies as soon as it arrived so I could dip into the jam!
