Loved the packaging and the food!
The balls were a big hit and I loved how you shipped and packed the food. I was frozen for over a day which allowed us to save space in our fridge which helped when having a party.

Porto’s for the win!
Living in the East Coast meant getting Porto’s only through delivery. I’ve ordered several times for birthday gifts. The last time I ordered, their delivery partner wasn’t able to bring the package on time. The food got spoiled. I called up Porto’s knowing that it wasn’t their fault but they still replaced my order with no extra cost. David from the office was so apologetic and helpful. He even followed up if the second delivery got there on time. I appreciate this personal touch which no amount of a sophisticated AI can ever do. Porto’s for the win!!
