The Performance Duo

Feedback received- no solution provided. Again.

Left a review to share how disappointed I was in the product and the subsequent poor customer service experience. I attempted to return the product with the customer satisfaction guarantee and was denied for being “3 days outside the grace period”. The company responded to the review and told me their team would be reaching out with a solution… turns out the solution was that they appreciate the feedback and will let their customer service team know. No solution. HUGE waste of time trying to interact with the company for yet another dead end.
