We tried to cancel the order almost immediately. That was not possible. Then we tried to do a return for refund. It has to be shipped back to China. All the while, they plied us with a small discount to induce us to keep it. All in all a very disappointing experience. They are just a drop-shipper from China. They only sell the product, they do not service the customer. The 90-day refund has too many hoops to be a genuine offer.

It doesn't work for me. I used it daily for 60 days. I did not want to miss the 90 day return window so I asked for information to return it. I received an offer for a return of $20 and I could keep it. When I said no I want to return for a full refund, I received an offer for a return of $25 and not having to return it or a full refund of my $96 purchase price as a store credit for additional purchases. I said no again and I have received no additional responses from the company. I want the advertised FULL REFUND IF NOT SATISFIED, nothing else.

Pictures or video to show proper placement would be helpful, but what would really be helpful is if it would work. I purchased one for me and one for my sister. Neither of us have any positive change noticed even though we both have used from Day 1 of receiving the devices, and quickly graduated to two daily sessions. Very disappointed. Another product hyped without any satisfaction.
