DAK's Take:
Milky Cake keeps coming back because we keep wanting to drink it.
Milky Cake comes from Finca El Paraíso in Piendamó, Cauca, at 1920 masl. The coffee and its distinctive processing were developed by Cata Export. The cherries ferment anaerobically for 72 hours submerged in water

Most challenging coffee to dial in for me. I have no trouble with Prodigal, La Cabra, Moonwake, or Black & White. But Milky Cake evades me--perhaps b/c I had it as a cold brew and my mind is anchored on an unrealistic level of pistachio and cardamom for a hot coffee.

Fantastic - even though it needs more rest, still has wonderful cinnamon and spice aromatics. Can't wait to see how it tastes in another couple of weeks!

One of the best coffees I've had in the past year!
