Solo Sabado

Great with the right brew method

I tried the Solo Sabado in a Bon Mac and it fell flat very little body some acidity the tasting notes were muted. I switched over to my Hario V60 the next morning huge difference got lemon and orange acidity on the back of the tongue along with some nice toasty dates and brown sugar on the front. The Bon Mac is usually pretty forgiving it won't give you the best cup, but it'll give you something serviceable these beans clearly demand a higher level of brew method which I can appreciate. Excellent

I love this roast. Wish I bought a bigger bag honestly - the flavor is so smooth and rich. I use this to pull espresso shots and it has never given me any trouble.

consistent, bright, and light

Consistent roast cup-over-cup, bright, and light. Difficult to get any sweetness to sing, but a great value nevertheless
