Halsten Stride Healing Package

This review concerns Halsten’s customer service and return practices. I requested cancellation before the carrier’s first pickup scan, yet Halsten prioritized and shipped the order anyway. Representatives repeatedly avoided direct questions, offered partial refunds to discourage the return, and even addressed me by another customer’s name. They eventually charged $18.69 for a return label and imposed a short deadline after delaying their response. The process felt designed to wear me down rather than resolve the matter transparently the set a deadline for 10 and still haven't clarified any real details. I’m also disappointed in Shop and Affirm. Their involvement gave this transaction credibility, yet neither provided meaningful assistance. When merchants use their platforms and financing, their reputations are also on the line.

I do like the halsten it works great but I am disappointed by the books I didn’t know they was what ever you call it ebooks I didn’t know I had to print them out you need to put that on your advertisement the actual books would be nice

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!This is not what I ordered!! The healing package is ordered and the one I received is totally different!! Supposed to have 2 straps around the leg and only has 1!! Doesn't stay on tight. This was $180.00!! How can I get it to work right if it don't fit right???? Just a big scam!!
