Matcha clumps on the matcha setting, the cold foam setting on Max or other settings is not strong enough to create a cold foam - instead it separates the heavy cream and milk with a bubbly froth on top and milk at the bottom that is very slightly aerated. I haven’t used any other settings beyond that. If it’s user error or something changes, I’ll make sure to update with a better review. For now, with waiting months to get it after not being posted on their website about it being backordered, the wait was not worth it. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. lol.

Best frother

Love the new aero - combined with our Demi, it makes for a perfect morning coffee. It froths oat milk and regular milk just like the coffee houses but better because you dont have to leave home.

Love this device

Very stylish with great finish and details. Works supremely well (and I have a collection of devices to foam milk) and cleans easily. Top notch!
