Carter Move Mug

Really high quality mug! I'm happy with the build quality and love the inner ceramic lining! It was really hard to find a good quality coffee mug but you guys take the cake!

I was looking for a mug to throw into my suitcase as I travel a lot. Not only is it leakproof but holds the temperature hot/ cold very well! I initially purchased it on Amazon but it arrived dented. The customer service team was able to ship out another with no cost to me, in perfect condition. Very happy with the product and the service !

Firstly, I want to thank you for having my splash guard replaced because it broke in 3 days, and even more for sending me an entire new mug, the thermos itself hold hot and cold beverages really well, although I have a feeling the reason why the splash guard broke it's because the intense heat inside the thermos when closed have soften the plastic and by trying to pull the splash guard out, yeah that's how it broke for me, I don't know if it's possible but maybe try to replace the plastic parts with something more heat durable. Thank you again Fellow for the new mug.
