Speediance Refurbished Machine

This has been a fantastic machine. Its basically brand new and worth the price. Its the most space saving and convenient workout machine in the market and is truly worth it. Getting the machine itself and into my home was a whole workout in it of itself, even with the wheels, so I'd recommend either having someone help or splurging on the white glove service. I've been more consistent on this machine than I was at the gym because of the convenience. Its portability and small form factor let me have a whole body gym without the huge footprint. It been great

As a weekend warrior and competitive cyclist I have never fully embraced weight training. Was all ways afraid of gaining too much weight; however now that I’m a bit older I realize that maintaining muscle mass and strength are key to healthy aging. Being able to head down to the basement pain cave and get in structured workout or free lift is a game changer. looking forward to some real gains.

Super happy to have bought this equipment. It feels harder than using dumbells or barbells. I feel it mode demanding. Also, it’s safety sensor on my finger makes it great to use it at my apartment as I train alone. Very nice acquisition.
