Stable Toe is a great addition to my foot rehabilitation routine.

Stable Toe is a great addition to my foot rehabilitation and strengthening routine. One suggestion is to consider including a slightly narrower cork insert, similar in width to the cork insert included with the The Original Toe Spacers.

They do great in toe separation but does cause pain/discomfort after extended use, even after slowly using it and progressing with length of time. I have one crooked great toe (the other is straight), and using it on the crooked toe is where it causes most discomfort. I will use it around the house but not running.
