Your everyday oil, upgraded. The oil in most kitchens hasn't changed in decades. We started over with algae: light and a lil' buttery, so ingredients are elevated, not covered up. Crank it up to 535°F for golden, crackly sears and crispy-edged potatoes, or whisk it into silky aioli. 13g Omega-9 in every tablespoon. Sear it. Roast it. Bake

I have just about finished my very first bottle of my Algae Cooking Oil. It’s such a pleasure making my pancakes with more than just a smidgen of oil in my square pan. I am over the moon that I have two more bottles to use for cooking.

All-time favorite oil for absolutely everything. It makes everything taste so good. It is the only oil we use and we are so glad we found it. And… I can sear/cook steaks in my apt without setting off the smoke alarm.

I love this oil and this was my second order-but was really disappointed ehen I noticed the bottle was not aluminum as I had thought all along - but plastic , which I avoid. I had purchased two bothles , one as a gift , and the intended recipient would not take it for that reason. :(
On the other hand: I’m seriously addicted to the smoked tomato oil , which luckily does come in glass. Please say you will keep this in your line up forever!!!
