Tasting notes for daaaaays
I’m used to being disappointed by light-roast Ethiopian coffees but that trend was broken here! This coffee preserves the smooth warmth that’s more common in darker roasts but provides a punch of fruit-forward tasting notes that were a pleasant surprise!

Great for espresso!
Great coffee that is accurate to it's tasting notes on the bag. I found I got awesome shots at a 1:2.75 ratio that were very blueberry forward and had great chocolate pastry notes as well. This is definitely a coffee that I will be coming back to.

First coffee I tried with them and I LOVE it. Texas native here and i love that they sent me texas coffee
