Chocolate covered strawberries

This was so good. Perfect balance of berries, deep cocoa flavor, and that pleasant natural funk that comes with some naturals. This one was easy to dial in and the profile was fun to experience as it changed over a few weeks of brewing. Hario V60, 200 f, medium fine grind.

Good tasting bright coffee.

Good tasting coffee. Made pour overs with Chemex and could taste the bright notes of cherry and apple.
