As my usual daily Sencha, since it's rich, deep green, and flavorful.

A solid "regular" tea. Takes 3 steepings quite well: other sencha with this claim have usually only worked for 2 for me.
Had to adjust from the steeping instructions to steep a bit longer (more like 45s) to get a full flavor.
