Makes dual handle chest press and other exercises more comfortable not having the cable rubbing on your arms

Not especially intuitive pieces of equipment and the guided workouts don't really explain when to use them. But they are helpful when I've used them-- compared to without... I've sometimes ended up with bruises by my elbows.
