I am a first time creatine user and skeptical of the claims. However, when I tried it the very first time, I actually noticed a difference. At this time, I am dissolving it in water. It dissolves easily and has practically no flavor. Side effects? - Nothing negative which is good. Positive? - Yes, less brain fog and a bit more energy. I’m praying I will feel this same way next month. Thank you.

I have been putting the creatine in my coffee every morning and a smoothie in the afternoon. No aftertaste at all. Here's hoping it's helping my brain!
