I’ve been under an insane amount of stress lately, and now I have to stop all supplements and some medications for a colonoscopy. I’m still extraordinarily exhausted all of the time.

This seems to work

I've been takingAltRed for several years, including the earlier version. I believe its effects are additive to Nitric Oxide which I also take. A small capsule but with a different positive action.
