Fluid Recovery

Hard fast days in the saddle

I recently used the Fluid After Exercise Recovery product on a multi day (343 mile) ride from Boston to New York in remembrance of September 11th. The tragic day that changed the world. Everyday started with Fluid hydration products in my water bottles and every day finished with a Fluid Recovery drink. Great products. Joel (FireVelo rider)

Expecting Skratch-level taste and disappointed

Long-time user of Skratch recovery and I was very disappointed in the taste and texture of Fluid after having read positive reviews online.

Recover!

Good stuff! came highly recommended, I use it after a good ride... Mixes well with a Vanilla protein shake.
