Magnesium balm works amazingly fast on muscle spasms! Love it! Bug spray, while it smells amazing… i think it actually invites them to me! I was eaten alive :o sorry that’s an expensive no-go for me (may be different on you?) But I will definitely be back for more magnesium balm! The lavender was just heavenly an only takes a small fingertip rubbed into effected area to stop the pain in its tracks 💗
