Therabody as usual makes some awesome products, but their choice of OnTrac leaves a lot to be desired… They left my package in the entrance way in my living facility, where anyone walking by could have grabbed it and I wouldn’t have know until i couldn’t find my package… There’s a Concierge for a reason… 5* to Therabody, 2* to OnTrac…

Fantastic Recovery Tool
For ages I have used a lacrosse ball for rolling out my feet and hard to reach spots on my neck and back. Upgrading to the WaveSolo has been a game changer. Prior to purchase I saw reviews that said its vibrations aren't strong enough — I’ve found them to be more than adequate — and that the flat spot where the power button is gets in the way of rolling — I’ve found it easy to position the ball so that spot isn’t a problem. 10/10 recommend.
