Smart luxury purchase

I have had a positive experience with stelo but it is expensive for someone without diabetes to purchase. Definitely a luxury item for those wanting to learn more about their body and/or health.

A Worthwhile Experiment

When I realized Lofta carried Stelo CGM, which I had been exploring through other services in conjunction with GLP-1 injections, it seemed like a great use of my rewards points to better understand my body. I have not used it to chase any particular response, but as a two week journey into seeing how my body reacts to the choices I regularly make. The Stelo app is great; insightful and super informative without making just another "achievement" dashboard that so many wellness apps center around.
