Great product. It's a little bitter, which is expected with natural products. I feel a gradual increase in energy and it helps when I'm working out.

After one week I can feel a postive change in my strength training endurance. I'm hopeful this change will be sustainable and validated over the next 30-60 days. Stay tuned.
