too soon to know. so far I do not feel anything from taking 2 dropperfuls every morning, roughly 2 tsp. from my own reading it sounds like pine pollen should be cycled. such as 5 days on, 2 off, or 3weeks on, one week off. this advice does not appear on your product that i could find. perhaps you disagree.

Great product. It's a little bitter, which is expected with natural products. I feel a gradual increase in energy and it helps when I'm working out.
