Energy on board

I’ve been taking Glynac+ For nearly 2 years now at 64 it’s great to have energy. I just competed in a triathlon 2 mile run, 13 mile bike (thru hilly countryside not flat) and a 5 mile kayak. I came in fifth overall for the women 😁. The four girls that beat me were all in their 30s. I improved my time from last year by 4 and a half minutes. I will continue to make this a part of my health lifestyle. Bravo
