Great gua sha stone and routine

I haven’t tried any other gua sha stones but I truly love Wildling’s gua sha stone. It retains heat and cold very well so I use it out of the freezer in the morning and it keeps cold during the 10 minute massage. I might try their body gua sha next!

Why did it take me this long!

I was always skeptical of using a gua sha stone(I'm 52), not sure if they were truly beneficial. Then one day, after seeing my puffy face in the mirror I pulled the trigger. I decided to purchase the Empress Stone from Wildling because of the shape and material. I wasn't sure at first about the "comb" edge, I thought it might be too rough, I was wrong. I love doing one side of my face at a time and seeing the difference. I'm so hooked now and I'm considering the body stone. If you are on the fence like I was, stop hesitating, it's completely worth it, because it works.

The gua sha has such an interesting shape, and it really works. I’ve had it for about two weeks, and it’s made a big difference to my face.
