Record Pi System

Initially, I was somewhat skeptical. However, the results are remarkably effective. My records are never significantly warped; some are slightly warped to the point that I can hear the difference. RecordPi is effectively flattening them. Their customer service is outstanding; they promptly replaced a defective heating bag, and I sincerely appreciate their promptness and professionalism. We have used the Record Pi on 3 albums so far. The first one had a standard warp, when the session was completed it was almost 100% flat and was playable. The second had a mild dishing, it too was successfully flattened. The third album had a more interesting severe dishing, after one session it had improved but was still unplayable. We did a second treatment, which is still in the record pi for the cool down session and will remain there until this afternoon. But, in my opinion it is totally worth the the money!

This was my first time using the Record Pi. I received two separate vinyl LPs of the same pressing, both with severe warping. After two 130-minute cycles for each, they were nearly flat. The audio sounds great and is free of distortion.
