I don’t know if these people don’t understand jerky or they just want to hurry and send something. It’s supposed to be smoked and dried with the smoke.

The product is amazing as always and came fast as heck. By far my favorite jerky thank you so much!

The meat quality was excellent. Not sure about the shelf life.
