Chile Limón

Jerky is very tasty! Opened to try it and I am almost finished with one bag! I ordered the chile limón, picosa lime and original. The Chile limón is not spicy at all.

horrible customer support ive been having issues since the day i placed the order. the app gave me "free bites" that i noticed got charged after i placed the order. bites i never added they automatically added as "free" they supposedly cancelled them and send a refund that i never received. then my order was marked as delivered september 18th and i contact led this lady maritza from vustomer suppport AGAIN, no answer. made a whole new message 2 days later, no answer, send a 3rd message saying i would dispute and no answer. they are charging almost $77 of product i never received and their customer service is non existent. very disappointed as ive been a customer for years and never had a issue.

Great product the taste is amazing on the chile limon which for now was the only one i ever ordered but they had promo of if you order a certaing amount you get a mini bite package free so the reason for the 4 rating was i never got the free bites and i emailed same day and it took second email for a respose and they wanted a picture of order slip that i had already thrown away but lesson learn just order what you normally order and dont have to worry about these things
