It arrived timely and setup was good.
I have rode it a couple two hour trips.
I added a more comfortable seat and mirror.
Very nice bike! Enjoying it.

OK, I have had this Wired Freedom for a few weeks and logged over 200+ miles riding 30 miles per day to work.
Good parts:
Range. For me to ride to work I have a to go 15 miles one-way. I can go there and back, with high assist, and still have over 50% battery. This is a hilly commute for sure and I have had no range anxiety.
Speed. I wanted a fast bike and this thing is pretty good that delivering. I frequently find that I turn down the power delivery since I am trying to avoid conversations on the finer legalities of how I have setup my bike.
Multiple settings to dial in how I wanted the power delivery. As above, not being soft-locked out of performance was a big reason I looked at these bikes. I may turn the 28mph limit back on since it is very capable of easily cruising at 35mph if I don't keep an eye on it.
Included turn signals, headlight and taillight are very nice to have.
Over all comfort has been descent.
Bad parts:
One of my 2 charges died after the first use, for no apparent reason (replaced under warranty, though I did have to send a video of it not working).
Have had 3 flat tires (with road use only) even after adding tire slime/stop leak to the tubes. I suspect cheap/thin tires are allowing these frequent punctures (currently parked the bike after 1 front and 2 rear tire flats, and having these replaced since I no longer trust them to get me to work). I have only ridden this bike on paved roads and high traffic paved bike trails.
Derailer does not always seem to stay in one gear. This is worse with hard peddling. Under load it seems to grab between 2 gears, even after checking alignment. This does limit how hard I feel I can push the bike.
Overall: I have enjoyed the bike and I hope that I will be able to fix some of the ongoing problems. But if the derailer issue cannot be resolved I expect that I will likely resell the bike.

Of course I keep my bike in the kitchen!
I bought the wired Freedom after looking at many other bikes and watching reviews. There were a few factors in my decision.
1. Price or Value
2. Quality
3. Can I make it to my third floor apartment without an elevator (or hernia).
Value for the money is unbeatable. Dual battery goodness, high end components and excellent reviews make this bike worth every penny.
As far as quality goes, the fit and finish are impeccable.
Upstairs? Yes, I can make it up and down stairs even at 115 pounds (the bike, not me). How I climb stairs? Set throttle percentage at 7%. Take out the front battery. Line the bike up on the stairs, push and open the throttle. 7% seems to be perfect for stair climbing. This is a great bike!
