Awesome ebike

Packaging was very good,quality of the bike is very good, putting the bike together was easy, the performance with the bike is what I need for torque.

communication is difficult with this seller. it is a shame because the product is great when issues are not present. I will not buy from them ever again. go with wired bikes. they have great customer service. my bike came in a flimsy completely damaged box that looked like a balloon, not a box. I refused the delivery due to obvious damage. a new bike was sent a month later in a better box. this bike has and had issues internally and external. still trying to get it right but magician is very difficult to deal with. a little note about battery consumption... on the lowest setting after lowering programmable percentages, the lowest pedal assist will use almost 500watts while peddling. a wired bike you can reduce it more. also peak power is 4500 watts. I would buy a legend bike before this bike if I could redo my order. if you want a bafang system go with legend.
