The Eloise is a beautiful belt, however, the sizing you use for women is completely off. The medium I ordered was way too big yet the small was way too small! I don’t think I am an unusual size. I was forced to return it and choose a men’s version that came in inches.

As a husband buying my wife two beautiful leather belts. I swung and missed on the size.. again! Your return policy and all the mechanics there of were smooth as silk. I talked with one customer service person who was outstanding, got me everything I needed, dropped it off at the USPS mail service on next day. Three days later her two new belts arrived.
