Solid choice
Good articulated fit. At 5‘ 10“ 175 pounds the 36-Short fit perfect in the knees; in other words, they don’t drag as you “climb stairs” or walk uphill. They’ll ride a little high in the waist, more than I like. The fabric has a good water, resistant finish, and resist burs. I would put it a touch too warm for 100° antelope desert hunting and a touch too cool for midseason. So, perfect for September cooler hunts in the mountains, and you can always put warm longjohns underneath for a little more warmth. Only complaint is the fitting, I really wish Kuiu would standardize the waste in their products. I don’t buy the idea of that “this is an athletic cut” and “that pant is a relaxed cut”. They should all still have the same waist size. My Tiburon’s in 36 waist are way too big, these Attack pants in 36 are a touch too small.

Very impressive
First trip out elk hunting in very dewy grass. My boots sprung a leak and feet were soaked but my lugs were completely dry. I was very impressed with these pants. Side dump vents with mesh liner is an added bonus.

Just Great Pants
I’m all in on these pants. Comfortable. Durable. Great fit. Wife and three kids are all wearing them too. Can’t see us wearing anything else for the hunt anytime soon.
