Pre-cooked Alaskan Dungeness crab clusters, pot-caught just outside our Juneau dock. The meat is sweet, tender, and slightly nutty, with the legs and body offering the richest pickings. Each cluster averages about 1 pound. We boil our Dungeness live in saltwater the same day they reach our dock, then flash-freeze and glaze for shipment.
