I was really disappointed in this product and the customer service. The gua sha tool broke after only 3 uses. I reached out to customer service for support and they never replied. I ended up purchasing a new tool and set from SACHEU which I’m very happy with. Normally I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I was really disappointed.
