The large cull from Real Oyster Cult's farm in Duxbury Bay. Tastes like a ROC Reserve, but it's a heartier, meatier mouthful. Great to grill and fry, oh my. Tumbled by strong currents and two tidal surges daily, Goose Flat has a umami bite + sweet vegetal finish.

Wow, the Goose Flat oysters were wonderful! Twice the size but every bit as flavorfull and tender as the ROC oysters.

The Goose Flat oysters were delicious. They taste as good as the ROC oysters, and as tender, but are much larger.
