MouthShield

It has done exactly what I hoped for, which is to breathe through my nose and not my mouth. I adjusted to it very quickly. My second night the MouthShield stayed in for the whole night. I never had to cut it. I use it nightly and sleep better for it.

After two weeks of given this a try, I quit

Let’s start off to say I use this to not breathe out of my mouth while using a CPAP machine. Works really good until my mouth relaxes when I’m in REM sleep then it’s ready to eject out of my mouth. I did slightly trim it because it was hitting the skin between my gums and my lip. Once I did that it was much more comfortable. I also attempted to put it in and tape my mouth. That’s a night I soon won’t forget. I think this would work perfectly fine if I wasn’t on a CPAP machine, but man that drooling! That never went away. So sorry but I don’t dig it.

Love the MouthShield

The MouthShield is wonderful. My mouth is not dry when I wake up and my sleep is not disturbed by "dry mouth" during the night. If I forget to put it in my mouth at bedtime, I immediately notice that something important is missing. Is this an addiction?
